Our goal is to ensure that Black clients, families, students, and supervisees receive culturally-responsive care. Dr. LaTonya M. Summers and LifeSkills Cares, Inc. welcomes you to the 8th annual (hybrid) Black Mental Health Symposium. This solutions-based conference is a gathering of professionals who work to destigmatize mental illness, increase access to care, and improve wellness among Black communities. *Earn up to 12 NBCC and NASW (pending approval) CE credits. Lunch is provided both days onsite, and on Friday to virtual attendees (lunch will not be provided to virtual attendees who register after 9/20).

Talk with students as they present posters of their completed and/or ongoing professional work during the virtual conference. Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference and focuses on Black mental health and wellness.
